The box I tried to load the driver on is a netbook running Win XP Home SP3. It claims it can’t find the software for the device.
I got the Android SDK with the driver, but Windows here fails to install the driver from the specified location. I have the Kingo app, but it requires installation of the USB driver. Unfortunately, I can’t make the instructions work. It’s actually surprisingly useful as is, and quicker than I might have expected from the specs. It’s a neat toy and learning device to prepare for the sort of tablet I plan to get down the road. I certainly wasn’t going to turn down an Android tablet for $20. I just got an A727, courtesy of a Micro Center promotion for outlets they opened in NYC.
