Either way has STAG booted from the city. If you want to run it twice, run the "Kill Killbane" branch first, then the "Save Shaundi" one next. The endgame mission is repeatable so you can get both endgame rewards. There's no "Mission Replay Mod" in the standard sense. (therefore it should be technically possible to unsummon STAG by playing proper mission via the mod). Using mission replay mod and either grabbing it during a mission or using bug/feature (hard to say) of that mod, that changes the state of the city based on last mission you completed. Playing coop with someone who's in earlier phase of the game and store it in garage. After you complete the game, STAG is gone and Lockdowns will be pretty common again.
